E.V.O.L.V.E.




Enhancing Vital Organizational and Leadership skills through Volunteer Education.



The EVOLVE program is a combination of education and recognition that will leave you with more skills and knowledge to run your club, project, program, or other group.



The goals of the EVOLVE program are to:

  • Provide quality education focused on attractive topics for leaders of youth groups
  • Increase the quality of leadership and content of youth programs
  • Recongnize volunteers for their commitment to increasing the quality of programming


The EVOLVE program consists of educational offerings in 4 major categories:


  • Organizational Leadership
  • Group Facilitation
  • Youth Development
  • Personal Development


Minimum Education Requirements

Each volunteer position has minimum educational requirements. To determine the required education for your position, click here. Contact the 4-H office to receive a volunteer packet and begin the process to becoming a 4-H volunteer.
