If you are interested in joining the Snohomish County 4-H Progam, the first step is to find a local 4-H club. The county is divided up into geographic regions with area resource leaders supporting the clubs in their region. These volunteers link youth and parents wishing to join 4-H clubs in their area. The resource leader will refer you to clubs that offer the programs of interest to the new member. If you want to create your own club, the area resource leader can help you with that, too. Listed below are the regions and the name and phone number of the contact: Region 1 - Silvana, Lakewood, Arlington and Darrington: Marietta Roth, (360)435-3298 Region 2 - Stanwood and Camano Island: June Barton, (360)652-0965 Region 3 - Marysville, Lake Stevens and Granite Falls: 4-H Office, (425)357-6044 Region 4 - Everett, Mukilteo and Mill Creek: 4-H Office, (425)357-6044 Region 5 - Snohomish and Monroe: 4-H Office, (425)357-6044 Region 6 - Sultan, Gold Bar and Index: 4-H Office, (425)357-6044 Region 7 - Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, North Seattle, Woodinville, Bothell and Kenmore: 4-H Office, (425)357-6044 Region 8 - Redmond, Duvall, Carnation and Fall City: 4-H Office, (425)357-6044 If you are interested in joining 4-H as an independent member or want information on how to participate in 4-H in other ways, call or E-mail the Extension office.
