4-H is a program open to any child between the ages of 5 and 19,
regardless of race, religion, color, gender, national origin, disability,
or sexual orientation. 4-H offers a variety of projects and activities
including workshops, conferences, camps, community service, leadership
development, trips, and fairs. There are 8 major project areas within
4-H including Animal Sciences, Environmental Stewardship, Expressive
Arts, Family Living, Interdisciplinary, Mechanical Sciences, Plant
Sciences, and Social Sciences.
