Snohomish County Clothing and Textile Advisors

The mission of the Clothing and Textile Advisors is to bring textile and needle arts education to the Snohomish County community.

Classes are offered for youth (8 and up) and for adults. CTA volunteers include experienced sewers, quilters, knitters, crocheters, and other textile experts.

For volunteers, the Clothing and Textile Advisor program offers the opportunity to share with the community their knowledge of clothing, textiles and related needlework, appropriate care methods, as well as their love of sewing. Clothing and Textile Advisors (CTAs) complete a training course to update skills, learn technical advances, and teaching techniques prior to working with the public, and continue to update their skills with continuing education each year
