NUTRITION NELLIE
Dear Nellie,
How can I get the best buy when I grocery shop?
Signed,
Dutiful shopper
Dear Dutiful,
Compare prices and buy items which cost less.
Look for store brands.
Only buy what you can use.
Buy fruits and vegetables only in season for best prices.
Check the unit price on items, bigger doesn’t always mean
cheaper.
When using coupons only buy what you like and are likely
to use.
Sincerely,
Nellie
